Contracts administrator

£32,000 to £35,000 per annum, Permanent, Mon - Thurs 08:00 to 16:30 - Fri 07:30 to 15:00, BS5 Speedwell / St. george Bristol, Flexible start / finish times, Excellent 7% pension, 33 days holidays, Life assurance, Parking plus more.

Working within a team of 2 reporting to an overall department manager, this role as contracts administrator will see you:
Organising the transport for spares / parts in line with client needs.
Advising clients on spares / parts lead times.
Further growing the department sales.
Prioritising orders in line with client time scales.
Entering client information where accuracy is key.
Leading a team to ensure clients and orders are responded to within a timely manner.
Assisting the wider team in general department administration.

The contracts administrator will have a need to hold good IT skills with ideally experience within the use of a CRM system and Microsoft packages.

Hold Customer Service experience and have a excellent attention to detail. The successful individual would ideally hold some engineering or manufacturing industry experience within a spares or parts based role.

This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked as a spares coordinator, parts coordinator or sales coordinator.
