Our client is a Top Tiered firm based in Oxford who are looking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor between NQ to 3 years PQE.


The successful applicant will be handling a broad range of high-net worth Commercial Real Estate matters with an emphasis on land acquisition & development work.

Work would include site acquisitions and disposals, site assemblies, pursuant to both conditionaland unconditional contracts, Option and Promotion Agreements, Joint venture and Development Agreements
