Responsibilities:


  • Meet & greet all customers entering the store and determine their needs and wants
  • Act in a polite and friendly manner to ensure maximum quality of customer service
  • Be willing to go the extra mile, to ensure the clients expectations are achieved
  • Be a style advisor: Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements
  • Advise customers on utilisation and care of merchandise
  • Provide advice to clients regarding products or services
  • Have excellent product knowledge; be able to explain the use and advantage of merchandise to customers
  • Be confident when taking payments, follow all company's guidelines
  • Assist in display of merchandise & inventory management
  • Be a brand ambassador at all times
  • Comply with company policies, procedures and instructions always
  • Work towards reaching the store's target
  • Build long term client relations
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store
  • Prepare and participate in team briefs
  • Welcome all clients entering the store, offering the highest level of service

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in Luxury Fashion sales roles, with a strong knowledge of the industry
  • High level of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate to a wide range of people
  • Able to demonstrate a proactive approach
  • Experience gained in working for luxury brands
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining client relations

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:
