Reed Practice are currently supporting a leading top 15 firm based in Reading who are looking for an accountant to join their successful and growing business solutions team.

The purpose of the role will be to provide an outstanding accounts preparation service to clients in Business Solutions, Audit, Tax and Corporate Finance - ranging from SMEs through to large multi-national groups across all sectors, including not-for-profit.

Some duties will include, but not limited to:

Preparation of statutory financial statements and consolidations for a varied client base.
Supporting the audit team in finalising statutory financial statement production as part of the audit process.
Experience in the preparation of year end accounts from incomplete records through to final review stage.
Basic preparation of Corporation Tax computations to review stage.
Client VAT Return preparation
Adhoc bookkeeping duties (inhouse and/or onsite) for our clients using a range of accounting software as applicable.
