Did you know there are 5000 DB Pension Schemes and only 50% of them have Professional Trustees? The number is expected to grow to 90% in the next 5 years.

We are lucky enough to be recruiting for one of the biggest Professional Trustee firms in the country who are looking for an experienced Bid Manager or a pensions professional with a flair for writing.

This is a new role. It will be varied but will focus on supporting Professional Trustees as they pitch for new business.

Bid writing will be a central part of the role so a proven ability to write excellent bids, or a clear aptitude to do so, is a prerequisite.

Other key aspects that you are likely to be involved with include:

Helping our Trustees prepare for interviews.
Social media strategy including website and LinkedIn.
Proposition development.
Helping to manage and build introducer relationships.

You'll also have the opportunity to meet clients and prospects alongside your colleagues for a company that will shape the role to your personal strengths and with a track record of promoting from within.

Salary up to £70,000

Based in London.
