Recruitment Senior Consultant Retail - Manchester City Centre (Warm desk)

£34,000 - £40,000 p/year plus commission with no threshold, modern offices with great views across the city centre.


We are now looking for an experienced retail recruiter to join the retail division, this will be mainly a temp focused desk but will also have a small element of perm recruitment.

You will be able to grow the desk by utilising a database of live and lapsed clients and will have the opportunity to grow and scale your team, we will also consider bringing in an existing team of retail recruiters.

What are we looking for?

  • You're good with people and love building relationships
  • You've worked as a retail recruiter for at least 12 months
  • You're good at performing under pressure
  • You have initiative and love working strategically
  • You enjoy being well paid for doing a good job

Skills and experience required:

  • 12 months experience within sales or recruitment
  • Confident with speaking to new and existing clients
  • Great communication skills

Salary:
£34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
