Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities include:
The CT DLM Administrator is part of the CT Global Client Solutions team and is a non-client facing role.
The CT DLM Administrator will be responsible for knowing the end-to-end process of client onboarding, account maintenance and termination processes.
The DLM Senior Account representative will also have knowledge of the administrative tasks associated with Know Your Customer account set ups and renewals and tax compliance documentation.
The CT DLM Administrator will have prior Corporate Trust experience or other related financial experience and may be responsible for training a CT DLM Assoc Administrator.
The CT DLM Administrator position requires a responsible individual to perform ongoing client account onboarding, maintenance and termination activities associated with more complex transactions.
Skills and experience required:
- Accuracy & Attention to detail
- Must be able to investigate and/or resolve breaks in cash flow
- Organisational skills
- Good Excel skills
- Able to work under own direction and across varying tasks as required
- Additionally confident in speaking to all levels of employees across the departments including the managers
