Basingstoke - Customer Service Administrator - £20-24k
This company are global leaders in designing, developing, and manufacturing high-end geotechnical instruments and software.
Main Duties:
- Ensure support requests are responded to on time and to the customer satisfaction
- Process repair/maintenance orders and maintain accurate sales records
- Provide support to internal stakeholders, agents and customers.
- Coordinate with customer/agents/ internal departments when remote or on-site installation and training is required
- Arrange outward shipping of orders
Required Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge and some experience of Excel
- Previous experience within an administration / co-ordination role
- Previous customer service/facing role would be an advantage
- Must be organised, methodical, able to multi-task
Salary:
- £20-24k
