Basingstoke - Customer Service Administrator - £20-24k
This company are global leaders in designing, developing, and manufacturing high-end geotechnical instruments and software.


Main Duties:


  • Ensure support requests are responded to on time and to the customer satisfaction
  • Process repair/maintenance orders and maintain accurate sales records
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders, agents and customers.
  • Coordinate with customer/agents/ internal departments when remote or on-site installation and training is required
  • Arrange outward shipping of orders

Required Skills/Experience:


  • Knowledge and some experience of Excel
  • Previous experience within an administration / co-ordination role
  • Previous customer service/facing role would be an advantage
  • Must be organised, methodical, able to multi-task

Salary:


  • £20-24k
