EHR Digital Programme Finance & Business Office Change Lead**

To continue our success, we are implementing our five-year One HCA UK strategy, which includes ambitious growth plans, the opening of new sites and significant investments in enhancing effectiveness and alignment as a group.


These growth plans include implementing a real time end-to-end Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform, a multi-million-pound investment, and part of our long-term digital transformation initiative.

Focused on advancing our technology and integrating web-based navigation, this EHR will allow HCA UK clinicians and colleagues to enhance patient safety, quality and care and to maintain our outstanding ratings and continue to be a global market leader in complex care.

Therefore, we are investing in a new workforce to lead this change, and we are actively recruiting now for a 2023 start, focused on change management, transforming work practices, and project delivery of goals and objectives.


In summary


This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader, you will be part of a leadership team which will embark on a division-wide transformational programme.

This programme includes multiple workstreams across the business and as the lead of your specific area within the Finance, Supply Chain and Business Office functions, you will be responsible for all aspects of identifying and delivering to the business requirements, change management and benefits optimisation to ensure the platform delivers value to the organisation in the short and long term.

This includes impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, end-user engagement, communications, go-live support, post-live support, adoption optimisation and the transition to BAU.

  • Case Management Change Lead.
  • General Financials Change Lead.
  • Registration & Scheduling Change Lead.
  • Supply Chain Change Lead.

Specific deliverables and top priorities for these
roles
are:

  • Accountable for the Change Management Plan for specific areas within the finance, supply chain and business office business areas
  • Responsible for the collation, documentation and assessment of business requirements and ensuring they are being met within the EHR delivery
  • Active oversight of implementation and transition to BAU
  • Proactive management of risks and issues and adherence to programme governance
  • Developing tracking for benefit realisation to feed into the programme benefits
  • Delivery of a significant change programme.
  • Process redesign
  • Knowledge and experience of change management techniques
  • Excellent organisational and people management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Change management qualification or equivalent experience.
