CCTV JOB DESCRIPTION

Title:
Security Officer

Overview:

Place of Work:

Responsibilities:

The position is for a part time operative working 2/3 shifts per week.
Managing controlled access via Video Management platforms
Monitor CCTV alerts.
Provide a highly professional standard of customer care within the telephone service we provide to our clients in line with the security protocols required.
Provide reports in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with the emergency services where applicable in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

SIA CCTV License (Nice to have)
Must have experience of working in a fastpaced environment.
Must have CCTV monitoring experience.
Be Self Motivated and be able to use initiative.
Flexible in their Approach to their Duties
Have good communications skills.
Have good interpersonal skills.

Rate of pay:
Based on experience & successful completion of the probation.

Uniform:
Full uniform provided.

Training:
Full training provided.

Initiative:

Appropriate training will be given, on all aspects of the position advertised and as required.
