Based in South Cerney in a modern head office you will be working amongst a dynamic team of individuals driving communication throughout multiple teams across the business.

This vacancy will provide a base salary of £24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

This Operations Support Coordinator role will have the below responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating and Organising with the Operations Team
  • Be a point of contact for the Operations Team between departments
  • Aiding with Administrative duties
  • Developing and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  • Manage and control documents such as timesheets and payroll to be submitted efficiently to the accounts department
  • Logging data effectively on internal CRM's and Microsoft Excel
  • Maintain the database ensuring correct procedures are taken for RTW, Inductions etc.
  • Ensure PPE requirements are actions and organised accordingly
  • Produce and organise Operative Training packs
  • Reporting to the Operations Director
  • Previous exposure communicating between a multitude of teams being advantageous
  • Confident and an articulate communicator
  • Ambitious with a positive mindset
  • The ability to build long lasting relationships both internally and externally with stakeholders
  • An individual calm under pressure
  • Previous exposure logging data on Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail taken in all responsibilities with the desire to complete work to a high standard
  • Confident in their ability to manage a fastpaced environment with varying responsibilities
  • Basic understanding of the Civil Engineering and Construction Sector would be beneficial
