Fire & Security Service & Small works Engineer - London k + OT


Our client is expanding their fire and security systems department and are excited to offer the position of Fire & Security Service Engineer, based in London.


We are looking for an experienced engineer whose key role will be to carry out service and some small installation of a range of commercial fire and security systems.

Working hours are 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri with a paid on-call rota.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Small Installation, Service & Maintenance on IP CCTV, Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms & Access Control Systems.
  • To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
  • Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents and records are maintained accurately.
  • Compliance at all times with Company Policy & Health and Safety legislation.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

-
Minimum 3 years' experience with Intruder and Fire alarms, IP CCTV and/or Access control systems.

  • Full, valid UK Driving licence
  • Thorough understanding of relevant fire and intruder alarm standards
  • Desirable CSCS / ECS / IPAF
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part alone as well as of part of the existing team
  • A genuine interest in your work with an enthusiasm and willingness to learn
