Jackson Hogg Industrial is delighted to be partnering with our North Shields based client in their search for multiple manufacturing operatives on a temporary basis.

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of rupture discs and explosion vents.

Having held a long standing presence within North Shields, they also operate our of the US, supplying a whole host of sectors and industries.


Key points:

  • 12 week initial contract
  • Monday to Friday Day shift
  • 0730am to 3.30pm
  • 37.5 hours per week
- £11.59 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half and double time


Responsibilities:


  • Follow company guidelines on production of components
  • Operate machinery and hand tools
  • Production of multiple components
  • Follow health and safety procedures
  • Equipment familiarisation and training will be provided
  • Manufacturing experience, whether this be within automotive, engineering etc
  • Ability to read blue prints
  • Hand tool experience

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 weeks


Salary:
£11.59-£23.18 per hour
