Digital Designer Opportunity - 6 month fixed term contract:

We're on the lookout for a talented and highly creative Digital Designer to join our website design team on a fixed term contract.
If you have a passion for creative design and a keen interest in website design and UX, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing:
Design Creation
In the role of Digital Designer, you will be responsible for prototyping client facing websites and pages using Adobe XD.
Using our in-house content management system alongside creating digital assets in order to prepare new eCommerce website builds across a variety of industry sectors for launch.
You will be experienced in interpreting briefs from clients and internal stakeholders and working in collaboration with them to create solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.
It's a given that all creative work will be of a very high standard, utilising best practice principles and delivered on time.
Industry Knowledge and Technical Skills
As well as having excellent knowledge of Adobe XD and Photoshop in particular, you will also be expected to keep abreast of ever-evolving digital technologies, industry trends and developments.
An understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Figma as well as coding languages such as CSS & HTML are advantageous but are not essential for this role.

Key competencies for the role also include:
- A Graphic or Web Design qualification
- Passionate about Design, eCommerce and digital marketing
- Experience in a website design role utilising AdobeXD
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Experience of building web pages using a content management system
- Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
- A self starter with strong initiative
- Able to pick up new technologies, systems and processes quickly and a willingness to learn
- Technically minded and interested in how things work
- Target and performance minded with strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a great team player
- Professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic
- Flexible approach to working
- Finger on the pulse when it comes to digital design best practices, innovations, and technologies
