Customer Support Package and Benefits:

Customer Support Duties:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers queries such as change of address, pay dates, vehicle details and more
  • Dealing with insurance companies regarding ongoing claims and issues
  • Speaking to customer who could be vulnerable or at risk of falling into arrears and being able to compassionately support them
  • Supporting customers with ongoing complaints helping to support them
  • Liaising with multiple different stakeholders across the company
  • Providing adhoc support to other departments
  • Previous experience in a telephone customer service role
  • Ability to deal with a variety of customers including vulnerable ones
  • Good IT knowledge and ability to pick up new systems
