TEXO Recruitment are delighted to be assisting our external client in sourcing an enthusiastic and organized Stores Person for work in Turriff, Aberdeenshire.

Ensuring that Stores inventory records including all associated documentation and equipment are maintained accurately. To help with the mobilisation and demobilization of equipment from jobs.

Day to day include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure sage unloading/loading of all purchased good within Goods inward
  • To check all materials against PO's, process documentation accurately as per company procedures
  • To ensure all goods are stored safely within job location bins or stock product bins and in accordance with procedures
  • To ensure the correct issue of stock parts to specific projects/production areas as per procedures
  • To assist with the packaging and delivery of all standard and project specific
  • Maintaining safety and security of all tools, equipment and parts
  • Report any damaged goods to relevant holders and QHSE
  • Ensure all high value stock items are tagged and documented in accordance with company procedures
  • Accurate processing of material certification
  • All surplus project goods to be returned to stock in good order and stock system uploaded
  • All goods dispatched must leave with correct delivery documentation
  • Ensure all stock items issued are booked out, stock system to be updated

Qualifications and Skills:

  • IT literate with Microsoft package experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work under pressure with proactive approach
  • Forklift B1 (optional)
  • Driving License

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per hour
