The role:
Main Duties (after training) you will be able to;
- Learn and understand the firm's new and existing client processes [Private and Corporate clients].
- How to set up a client file and the requirements of the FCA our regulator.
- Learn how to deliver our very personalised and highquality service
- Learn to prepare annual review documents for clients
- Obtain information from providers and Clients concerning existing arrangements
- Learn how to prepare client valuations
- Input all client information into our backoffice system (leading industry software)
- Liaise with adviser(s) and in due course clients
- Learn to deal with client and provider correspondence
- In the first 12/18 months, the client will discuss and map out further career progression
