Selective Recruitment are recruiting for a Programme Coordinator, our client runs three dementia day centres. Our programmes play an integral part in supporting people who are living with dementia and their carers. The role oversees a range of charity functions, management support, and grant projects that support the CEO and managers. This critical position is part of a small and highly collaborative management team.

- £30k DOE**
Contract: Permanent

Hours:
Monday - Friday - 35 hours per week


Roles Includes:


  • Assists the CEO in the daytoday management.
  • Creates and updates project delivery briefs for the trustees and funders.
  • Carries out key administrative duties and supports managers to complete their duties in order to ensure the smooth operation.
  • Responsible for external communication (social media, newsletters)
  • Ensures we meet GDPR requirements in all areas.
  • Maintains accurate records of "Friends", donors, and contacts, and grows the "Friends" programme.
  • Keeping the website and social media accounts up to date.
  • Provides practical support for existing and future programmes.
  • Responsible for stakeholder letters, newsletters, and other correspondence, as requested.
  • Help the team identify and implement new fundraising opportunities, projects, events, or community outreach. This is with the support and assistance of staff, trustees, volunteers, and CEO.

  • Proficient in literacy and numeracy
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms
  • Capable of working independently and handling a diverse workload
  • Prior experience in project management within the nonprofit sector

£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
