Job purpose


As an intern within the Trade Team at Sephora UK, you will have the opportunity to assist in implementing campaigns, collaborate with brands, and learn essential tools and strategies to drive online success.


Duties and responsibilities
- **Campaign Implementation Assistance**: Support the execution of our campaigns by assisting in the creation of briefs for design and copywriting, and gaining proficiency in our Content Management System (CMS).

Onsite Brand Collaboration: Work closely with our brands to ensure seamless implementation of their campaigns on our website, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Onsite Tools Mastery: Learn and utilize our onsite tools, such as Personalization features, to enhance the user experience and drive engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various marketing teams, including CRM and Social Media, to align strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness across channels.

SEO Optimisation: Work in tandem with our SEO team to optimize site content, improving visibility and driving organic traffic to our platform.

Upcoming Projects:As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to exciting upcoming projects, including Reviews & Loyalty initiatives. These projects will provide valuable learning experiences and the chance to make a meaningful impact on our ecommerce strategy.


Skills / Qualifications

  • Strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Detailoriented with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
