Description
A Regional Main Contractor Construction business based near Cardiff, due to growth and tenders won, require a Contracts Administrator to join their team.
The role will be support the management team with document control/management of the admin process for their current live building sites.
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Prepare contract documents, including amendments, extensions, and terminations
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties fulfill their obligation
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contract administration
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
