Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an versatile Behaviour Support Assistant for a Independent Special Education School in the Lincolnshire area.

Tradewind are currently working on behalf of an independent alternative provision setting who require experienced Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant who will be responsible for supporting a children with wide variety of SEN needs including ASD and SEMH.Working with pupils aged 13 to 16, across both a 1:1 basis and small ratio class basis 1:4, This is a perfect opportunity for any Teaching Assistant who is wanting to make a positive impact to the education of young children.

Please note, previous experience supporting children with behavioural difficulties is desirable. The role would also be very well suited to pastoral workers, with a calm and nurturing approach.

Due to high demand, the school can accommodate staff membersom both full time and flexible part time demands so please get in touch to discuss options.

To join us and be successful for this Behaviour Support Assistant role you will need to:

  • Have previous experience as a TA
  • Have previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviour/ an interest in enhancing your experience.
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK
