Pennine Recruitment (Acting as an employment agency) are delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Sherburn-in-Elmet on a full time, permanent basis.


We are looking for a highly versatile, professional and self-motivated individual, who will be helping to achieve and maintain our clients culture of friendly and excellent customer service.


The Role:


  • Responsible for dealing with all customer service needs.
  • Responsible for handling customer complaints and queries in accordance with guidelines and policies ensuring they are recorded, dealt with, and resolved promptly.
  • Liaise with internal departments to provide a high level of service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Liaising with the Telesales Team and Credit Control regarding any incoming issues with customer accounts
  • Manage the online chat function on the company website.
  • Liaise with the purchasing department and suppliers if required to deal with product sample requests.
  • Responsible for all general administration within the department.
  • Working as part of a team in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assisting in the selling of the company's products and services by providing product and service information to customers and passing any sales opportunities onto Telesales / BDM's.
  • Help to promote offers, such as money off deals and new product launches.
