Pennine Recruitment (Acting as an employment agency) are delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Sherburn-in-Elmet on a full time, permanent basis.

We are looking for a highly versatile, professional and self-motivated individual, who will be helping to achieve and maintain our clients culture of friendly and excellent customer service.

The Role:

Responsible for dealing with all customer service needs.
Responsible for handling customer complaints and queries in accordance with guidelines and policies ensuring they are recorded, dealt with, and resolved promptly.
Liaise with internal departments to provide a high level of service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Liaising with the Telesales Team and Credit Control regarding any incoming issues with customer accounts
Manage the online chat function on the company website.
Liaise with the purchasing department and suppliers if required to deal with product sample requests.
Responsible for all general administration within the department.
Working as part of a team in a friendly and professional manner.
Assisting in the selling of the company's products and services by providing product and service information to customers and passing any sales opportunities onto Telesales / BDM's.
Help to promote offers, such as money off deals and new product launches.
