Customer Service / Sales Administrator
JOB SUMMARY:
We are offering a starting salary of £24,219 per annum with the view to increase to
£26,106 on successful completion of a 12 week probationary period.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing and administering orders, ensuring delivery of goods on time and in full
- Administration of returns and repairs
- Taking responsibility for all administrative tasks to do with the processes of dispatched and returned goods
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
- Maintaining and improving systems and process
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Customer Service experience is essential for this role
- Previous Office / Dispatch administration experience is essential, as is the ability to multi task
- An understanding of Linnworks would be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
