We have an exciting opportunity for a
Service Contract Executive to join our team based in Ipswich.


EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE
Salary £26,000 pa basic + Bonus (


OTE:
£38,000)

Monday to Friday

9:00am - 5:30pm


The Service Contract Executive role will encompass the following:

Sales

  • To call all customers who have been sold a van by Motus sales team within 3090 days from registration date to upsell a SCP if the sales team have not
  • Service Care Plan 3090 day follow up from the Van Sales Report
  • To call all customers whose contracts/SCPs are due to expire to renew these? If like to renew raise contract quotes for Van & Truck and update ADP Kerridge
  • Contract Renewal Reports
  • To call customers & upsell SCP Mercedes-Benz Campaigns
  • Prospecting customers for Truck & Van contracts
  • Fleet Report
  • Working with our Truck & Van colleagues to ensure Contracts/SCPs/Service Care Flex is sold

Administration

  • Ensuring all contract information is populated in the ADP Kerridge vehicle record & a line of contact is inputted in CRM to say who sold plan
  • Update the Van Sales spreadsheet & Klipfolio report tracking our Van Service Contracts
  • Go through demo report & speak to Sales Managers to see which ones to put on Service Care Plans. Raise the SCPs, then update New Company Van Service Care Plan report, the van contract sales report & the klipfolio report
  • Raise any Contract Quotes for Van & Truck Salesperson's
  • Once signed ensure all documents are loaded on to EDM Portal for contract activation.
  • Process Warranties every month for Truck customers
  • Utilising the Van & Truck Service Contract Reports ensure any contracts that have the nominated workshop as Motus have the contract details populated in the vehicle record in CRM Kerridge.
  • Support the Contact Centre Team
  • Going through Service Contract Renewal spreadsheet from the Contact Centre to make sure Kerridge updated accordingly, and items actioned, i.e. vehicle sold, been detached from customer
  • Help assist with training colleagues on how to upsell service care plans
  • General Database Cleansing of Contracts within ADP Kerridge call customer to check still own van, correct contact information, etc
  • Other bespoke Reporting/Tasks (for Head of Marketing/Service Contract Manager)

Who You Are?

  • Service Contract Executive should have experience of a customer support role (e.g. telecommunications) where considerable emphasis is placed on customer care standards, procedures and systems
  • A professional telephone manner, presentation skills and enthusiasm to upsell and process the sales of the products & services sold is required
