PAWS (People & Animal Wellbeing Services) is one of the UK's Leading authorities on Animal Assisted Learning and Animal Assisted Interventions.

We proudly support hundreds of therapeutic professionals, educational establishments and organisations to safely incorporate dogs to assist in providing essential wellbeing and mental health support.


We're looking for a passionate and people-centred Enrolment Representative/Salesperson to join our team, able to speak with our prospective Practitioners and enrol them onto our PAWS Therapy Dog Certification Programme.

You will work part-time for 20 hours per week and be self-employed.


About the PAWS Enrolment Representative Role:

Working from home, you will be responsible for promptly following up and converting enquiries for our Therapy Dog Certification Programme; designed for Therapists, Counsellors and Schools who would like to have an assessed PAWS Therapy Dog in their Educational environment, Clinical or Therapeutic Practice.


You will:


  • Have a good understanding of dogs and an interest in dog behaviour
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and an exceptional listening ear
  • Connect with prospective practitioners in a professional manner and represent PAWS at all times
  • Become an expert in our Therapy Dog Certification Programme so that you can effectively advise prospective practitioners whether the Programme is right for them
  • Carry out exceptional consultative interviews that guide and support students to an enrolment decision
  • Discern practitioner suitability based on a number of factors, including their suitability to have a Therapy Dog in their current setup and workplace
  • Work alongside our goalsmashing super team to reach and exceed sales targets
  • Have an indepth understanding of our student's diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Dog Training or behaviour;
  • Neurodivergence;
  • Education, Therapy work or Counselling;
  • Social Work
  • Experience in a customer servicebased or sales role
  • Knowledge of dog training and/or behaviour (though training will be provided)
  • Confidence handling telephone conversations and the ability to sell comfortably via phone
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills
  • Excellent timekeeping skills and an ability to meet targets and deadlines

Rate of Pay:
£1200 per month (based on 20 hours per week), plus £25 commission for each student successfully enrolled after a minimum of 3 enrolments per week are reached.
