The Vacancy

Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a Facilities and Equipment Coordinator to work within our small but mighty Facilities team.

You will ensure building and compound security is in tact at all times, ensure health and safety legislation is met in relation to equipment, and support with the management of our fleet of vehicles.

You will need a full UK driving licence, experience in tool and fleet management, experience of managing and coordinating multiple projects, and the ability to carry out minor repairs to our fleet (such as lightbulb / windscreen wiper replacements).

Ideally, you will also have knowledge of PAT testing and experience with training or coaching staff members.
