Rowden House recruit based on values - However, you must have a Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care and be willing to work towards your Level 3. You must also have experience of working in a care setting, leading a team.

Team Leaders do more than a job, they change a life. You would be leading of a team of that provides high quality, person-centred care which allows our residents to live their lives as they choose.

You'll be creating care plans, supporting residents through mealtimes, engaging in activities and ensuring best practice is followed by the team.
By joining us as a
Team Leader, you will help support the values of making a difference and doing the right thing, which makes this so much more than a just a job.
Our
Team Leaders pay rate of
£11.07 per hour (
£11.67 on weekends) recognises the value of our team members.
