Purchase Ledger Clerk - Temporary
We are looking for a passionate and pro-active purchase ledger clerk to join a well-established Estate Agents based in York.
Salary; £12.00 per hour
Working hours:
Monday-Friday, 9.00am-17.30pm (30 Mins unpaid Lunch)
This is a 6 month Temporary contract
The main duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Payment runs
- Ensure invoices are coded to the correct nominal ledger codes
- Review aged creditor balances and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Some elements of credit control
As a purchase ledger clerk you will:
- Have end to end purchase ledger experience
- Be meticulous with great attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Be a fantastic communicator
- Be used to working to deadlines
- Have experience with Sage
