The Bracknell Mental Health Integrated Community Services (MHICS) has an exciting opportunity for a team Administrator to join our new, dynamic and multi-disciplinary team, especially to support our umbrella services, i.e.

MHICS Group Programme across East Berkshire. A Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm working pattern is just one of the attractions this opportunity will provide to you.


The postholder will support the effective operation of the services by providing organisational, administrative and secretarial support to the team members.


The postholder is expected to act on their own initiative on a daily basis to ensure the effective running of the service, prioritising their own workload as required.

The post holder must be able to effectively and professionally liaise with, and negotiate between, all colleagues, service users and their families, members of staff from other external organisations and the public, demonstrating excellent communication skills and dealing with confidential information in an appropriate manner.
