GENERAL MAINTENANCE PERSON

Folsana Pressed Sections has an exciting opportunity for a maintenance person to join their well-established team.

With a strong presence across the North West, the roles offer the opportunity to work for a secure manufacturing business which is experiencing a significant level of investment.

The positions will appeal to a strong maintenance engineer looking for their next challenging role within a secure and stable manufacturing environment.

Role Description


Duties will be routine cleaning and maintenance of the Car Park / Factories where necessary as well as general building maintenance requirements.

Repairing or replacing locks, hang doors, minor painting and decorating, patch plastering, plumbing, minor electrics & handyman jobs.

Skills and Qualifications - Advantageous

  • General repairs and maintenance duties on a reactive basis
  • Plastering
  • Basic Plumbing and drainage repairs
  • Painting/decorating of properties when required
  • Joinery
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to plan and manage own workload using own initiative
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise jobs
  • Laying carpet tiles/flooring/ replacing ceiling tiles
  • Other associated duties as and when required
Full Driving licence essential
