We are currently recruiting for a 1st Line & Application Support for a well-established company based in Newbury.
You will be responsible for providing 1st line support, guidance and assistance to customers, resolving technical queries and issues.
You will be required to analyse customer issues and technical support requests, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and softwareproblems and be responsible for resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
Key Skills and Requirements- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Knowledge of SQL Server
- Windows Server
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Excellent communication skills
