Part-Time Payroll Clerk - Doncaster - £25,000 (FTE)

Chase & Holland are delighted to be working exclusively with a Doncaster based client who is a large, well established multinational manufacturing company. Due to expansion and internal promotion, they require a highly competent, driven Part-Time PayrollClerk to join their team for 25-30 hours a week basis. The role will see you take responsibility for the payroll including using systems such as Sage and SAP. This would be suited to someone looking for a next step in their career.

Job Title Responsibilities:

Processing payroll every pay period, checking to ensure correct and producing any associated reports
Maintaining payroll system and records by gathering, calculating & inputting data
Ensuring HMRC records are up to date and providing information to them as required including tax code notifications, monthly PAYE payments, P11D changes
Producing and distributing payslips
Prepare and submit pension and payroll analysis journals/reports
Issue letters to new employees regarding pension eligibility
Prepare any other ad hoc invoices as required
Producing and issuing P11d's and P60's on an annual basis

Hours:

Part-time, Monday to Friday, up to 30 hours a week

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong payroll experience and recent experience working with Sage Payroll
Excel experience & knowledge
Working in a busy environment with tasks that require a short turnaround
Ability to work within tight deadlines and to manage a number of activities at any one time and reprioritise work with minimum warning.
