Salary up to £28k

We're looking for experienced Customer Service Administrators to join a growing team in Leeds City Centre and train towards a recognised financial qualification

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Respond to inbound telephone calls from customers and their representatives.
  • Perform ID & Verification checks in line with GDPR regulations & internal procedures.
  • Develop and demonstrate expert knowledge of the products & procedures.
  • Escalate queries and complaints to relevant teams.
  • Use internal systems to effectively respond to queries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Are able to learn Complex Information and relay this to Customers
  • Have Customer Service/Call Centre experience, within an FCA regulated environment
  • Are able to proficiently use the Microsoft Office package, including Word and Outlook
