Core Duties/Responsibilities
Provide administration services to customers, working to agreed targets

To complete / check casework and provide feedbackResolving customer enquiries (oral and written)Drafting of non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiriesPerforming and issuing pension calculations including manual calculations

  • Carrying out projects and adhoc activities, as determined by your Team Leader

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

  • Excellent attention to detail and capable of following defined processes and procedures
