Join the busy Temporary Staffing team at MPFT- Band 2 Monday-Friday 9-5pmHybrid working once training is completed.
- To support the provision of an effective and efficient customer focused service for the Trust's Temporary Staffing, working with service managers and Temporary Staffing Team Leader with the daily booking and allocation of temporary staff.
- To provide an efficient and accurate system administration service, ensuring all policies and processes are adhered to.
- Effectively manage bank shift requests and allocation using the Allocate system and manual systems.
- Register consultants and nonemployees on the ESR System
- Support the administration process of DBS and Professional Registration renewals for temporary workers
- Respond to routine enquiries
- Focus on the filling of bank shift requests across the Trust for all professional groups in a timely and efficient manner. Reporting any exceptions to the Temporary Staffing Team Leader.
- To support staff, managers and temporary workers with routine enquiries.
- Responsible for the production and distribution of ID Badges to temporary workers.
- To provide a telephone service for the Temporary Staffing Team.

- Focus on the filling of bank shift requests across the Trust for all professional groups in a timely and efficient manner. Reporting any exceptions to the Temporary Staffing Team Leader.
- Enter and maintain the agency tracker system ensuring it accurately reflects agency bookings, including start and end date, under the guidance of the Temporary Staffing Team Leader chase authorisations prior to expiry.
- Setting up consultants in ESR accurately entering data and requesting smartcards and network accounts as required.
- Enter and maintain personnel data in the ESR system, Allocate System and BankSafe System as required.
- To support staff, managers and temporary workers with routine enquiries.
- Maintain temporary workers electronic personal files.
- Responsible for the production and distribution of ID Badges to temporary workers.
- To provide a telephone service for the Temporary Staffing Team.
- Provide a full range of office support systems including sorting and distribution of post, scanning documentation, photocopying, filing and retrieval of information both paper and electronic based.
- Raising Purchase Orders as requested by Recruitment and Resourcing Team Members
- Provide admin support to temporary staffing and recruitment projects, e.g. recruitment campaigns, transfer of staff in and out of the organisation, and plan own activities in order to meet deadlines.
- Support the principles of lean working, by continuously reviewing processes to remove waste/streamline systems to improve recruitment lead in times.
- Demonstrate the use of the ID Badge machine, Tracker to new staff, apprentices or work experience students.
Use of Microsoft Word, and daily use of the NHS Jobs, ESR system and Excel to update records and input details.
Decisions and judgements
To work within clear guidelines and processes, will have some limited autonomy to plan and prioritise their work. Support available from Temporary Staffing Advisors, and/or Temporary Staffing Team Leader.
