12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Hybrid - £43,000 Per Annum - North London (NW7)
Key Tasks
- To supervise invoice payments at agreed regular intervals in line with financial procedures, ensuring invoices are paid within terms and any available discounts claimed.
- To input cash book transactions, journals and other records as required onto the system.
- To maintain and supervise the accuracy and completeness of the Association's nominal ledgers.
- Manage the monthly reconciliations of the control accounts and company balances.
- To assist the Finance Director in ensuring that all the required records are accurate and kept up to date.
- To prepare and present the monthly management accounts information required for both internal and external purposes.
- Maintain and develop the financial systems. Ensure users are trained.
- To carry out visits to the schemes to promote financial management.
- To produce any other financial reports as required.
- To act as emergency support for the Head of Human Resources and Central Services for processing the payroll.
- Prepare the necessary files, reconciliations and other required documentation for the year end audit and liaise with the External Auditors as required
- To ensure the maintenance of the purchase ledger and regular supplier reconciliations.
As Finance Manager you will report directly to the Finance Director and be responsible for line managing one Accounts Payable officer.
