Hours:
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (with half-hour lunch break, unpaid)


Salary:
£13.39 per hour


About the Role:


Are you a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for coordinating operations? Our client is seeking a Planning Coordinator to join their team and play a pivotal role in the planning, development, maintenance, and operation of their exchange network at the Coventry Site.

This role may require occasional travel to other sites, so a full driving licence is desirable.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the exchange network.
  • Manage planning tasks within various projects, collaborating with project managers and ensuring timely completion of actions.
  • Monitor and manage exchange capacity to maintain optimal efficiency, including reporting requirements for informed decisionmaking.
  • Progress new host sites from survey through to installation phases.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all exchanges.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships between our client and Hosts.
  • Monitor demand and drive development efforts as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records related to exchanges.

Person Specification:


Skills and Abilities:


  • Excellent communicator across various channels and audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of auto route/map point.
  • Wellorganized with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience:


Essential:


  • Valid Driving Licence.
  • Experience or qualification in MS Excel, with demonstrated proficiency.
  • Geographical knowledge of the British Isles & Southern Ireland.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Desirable:


  • Previous experience in planning roles.
