Your role in the Team
You'll assist in the execution of the testing required as part of the annual Compliance Assurance Programme.

You'll also help the Compliance Assurance Managers to carry out testing by gathering data, documents, processes, and other Management Information as required.

You'll write up findings/recommendations, agree responses with the area under review and present the findings/recommendations as part of the Assurance Report

In addition, you'll:

Record all recommendations and actions resulting from reviews undertaken and proactively chase these until resolution.
Identifying trends and root causes in all breaches and shortcomings; being proactive and collaborative with line management to make relevant changes to policies, procedures and working practices
Review and critically appraise evidence presented in support of proposed action closure
Provide adhoc support to the wider team as required.

**What we'd love to see from you: - You'll be organised and structured with excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders - putting our customers at the heart of everything you do

You'll also have:

Understanding of governance and control frameworks
Previous experience in a regulatory compliance
Audit or Assurance role experience in a regulated industry
Gaming Experience is preferable, but not essential.
