As an Operations Strategy Lead - EMENA, you will develop and manage a portfolio of projects and change initiatives focused on driving the Aftermarket Delivery organisation to meet it's strategic aims and a sustainable and profitable business growth.

You will lead the Aftermarket Centre enablement strategy and the development of knowledge transfer processes across the region, and will ensure there is a strategic and continuous improvement culture focused on driving improvements of key operational metrics.


What Needs To Be Done?- Collaborate with the VP AFM Delivery and AFM Centre Leaders to define a vision and strategic aims for the Aftermarket delivery organisation.- Develop and proactively manage an operationally focused strategic programme, ensuring the delivery of objectives and benefits as early as possible while maintaining an acceptable level of risk to the business.- Collaborate with the AFM Centre Leads to support the annual development of local AFM Centre Enablement plans, focused on a set of specific and achievable actions that support growth across the EMENA region.- Conduct regular progress and performance reviews of the Enablement plans, supporting the removal of roadblocks and the identification and management of issues and risks.- Support the development and deployment of sustainable knowledge transfer processes, including objective skills gap identification, and remote and in person training modules.- Support the development of Change Management plans for the Aftermarket Delivery organisation, regularly assessing business readiness for the change, ensuring findings are reported to the senior management and appropriate actions are put in place to mitigate any risk to the business.- Act as an central point of contact for operational strategy topics in EMENA, capturing and sharing best practices between EMENA AFM centres, GPG and the global business.- Determine the need for management information and develop management reports, controls and KPI's that provide the information necessary to make informed decisions.- Prepare and execute communication on progress in relation to strategy, launch and marketing plans to relevant stakeholders.

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Essential skills, knowledge, language & behaviours_
  • Degree educated or min 5 years of experience in similar role working with industrial Aftermarket
  • High business acumen and commercial background
  • Experienced communicator, with confidence to influence and present to colleagues and customers at all levels
  • Team player with proven ability to execute on key metrics and effectively work with matrix structures
  • Active listener who can transform feedback into solutions and concrete actions
  • Strong influencer capable of engaging internal stakeholders to adopt and execute strategy at an operational level
  • Experienced planner and highly systematic in task execution/problem solving
  • Desirable skills, knowledge, language & behaviours_
  • Masters degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration, finance or related discipline
  • Previous experience in major change projects / business transformation
  • Fluent in second language
