Description
We are looking for a
Service Administrator to join our Portaloo Business at our site in Smethwick.


As a Service Administrator you will be primarily responsible for coordinating the allocation of our fleet of buildings for client sites across the midlands region which includes our range of modular toilet, shower and changing room buildings as well as added value products and services from across the Division.


You will work closely alongside our service and projects teams coordinating the delivery and management of service tasks and providing administrative support as necessary.


Role Details

  • Salary: £25,000 £29,000
  • Role base: Smethwick, B66 2LQ
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Annual leave: 25 plus bank holidays

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination and control of allocations working to planned costs and within agreed timescales.
  • Assist in providing an efficient after sales service to customers including the Divisional rectification process.
  • Communicate effectively with all Hourly Paid Colleagues, Subcontractors and Agency Labour to ensure clarification of tasks and correct booking of labour hours.
  • Assist in providing an efficient after sales service to customers including the Divisional rectification process.
  • Effectively use internal systems (e.g. SAP) to identify issues, record and analyse costs and provide reports.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience with the coordination and planning of works ideally within a trade led/construction or related industry
  • Effective communication skills, previous experience liaising with customers over the phone and in person.
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent grade).
  • Solid understanding of various software packages including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
