A leading modern law firm are looking for an ambitious Corporate lawyer to join their expanding Venture Capital team in their London office.


The Corporate Associate Lawyer's Role


The successful Corporate Lawyer will work with a broad range of companies from a range of sectors including retail, media, financial services, and technology.


The Corporate Lawyer will work with clients in a range of venture capital and investment transactional matters as well as some work in wider corporate matters such as mergers & Acquisitions.


The Corporate Associate Lawyer

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
  • Excellent academics
  • Good experience in venture capital
  • Experience working with a diverse range of companies
  • Interest in business development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and friendly
