Our client, a well-known consumer tech business, are seeking a Head of CRM to join their talented Marketing function to drive their digital transformation.
This role will be vital in growing their direct marketing base that will drive consumer growth and retention through multiple digital channels.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a step up as a Head of, and is ambitious to deliver big impact in a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the planning and implementation of CRM program
- Head up a high achieving team to maximise customer communication capability
- Ensure excellency in delivering customers valued messaging that reflects the brand's key values
- Adopt a multichannel communications approach, implementing new campaigns across SMS, inapp & push
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop new trigger journeys, improve data quality and tooling
- Work closely with CX team to improve postpurchase experience
- Strategic, handson and technical support to the team in daytoday operations
- Ensure the continuous development of customer segmentation and targeting
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in CRM across B2C/consumer/ecommerce brands
- Proven track record in working across the CRM value chain from planning to implementation
- Strategic and operational CRM experience required
- Some experience in line management would be preferred
- Ideally educated to the degree level
