Who Does This Role Report Into? Head of Security & GDPR


Role Summary / Purpose and Scope

To conduct GDPR & Security audits nationally in line with the requirements of UK GDPR and Data Protection Regulations applicable to MAPP's management Security & Data Protection risks.

  • Conduct GDPR compliance audits at all qualifying sites nationally within scope in accordance with the audit schedule.
  • Carry out all Security risk assessments in line with best practice and in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Provide advice and guidance as appropriate, whilst undertaking assessments and audits.
  • Assist in Delivering and/or prepare training and information resources to raise competence and awareness of those working for or on behalf of MAPP.
  • To assist with submitted operational Subject Access Requests and 3rd party Access Requests
  • Able to actively build and develop relationships internally and externally
  • Able to prioritise and organise workload

Experience and Salary:


  • 2 years experience of working in a similar role
  • Experience of leading the planning and delivery of audits.
  • Experience of conducting GDPR and Security audits or similar (H&S Audits)
  • Experience of running unplanned incident preparedness tests and penetration tests would be desirable
  • Experience of working in the Real Estate or Facilities Management sector would be desirable

  • Certified GDPR Foundation Training Course
  • L5 in Terrorism Awareness and management

Salary Range (Based on Experience)
£32,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
