Monday to Saturday 17:00 - 21:00 with additional cleaning hours on a flexible basis around your schedule.

We are looking for a enthusiastic individuals to join our Kitchen Team and

As our cook you'll be responsible:

  • Food preparation, cooking,
  • Monitoring inventory levels of ingredients
  • Inspecting ingredients for freshness and quality as well as monitoring cooking times and temperature to ensure that dishes meet quality standards
  • Maintaining clean and organized work area, including equipment, utensils and dishwasher
  • Occasionally interacting with guests to accommodate special requests
  • Ensure the group brand standards are respected

About you:

  • Previous experience as a cook in a hospitality setting
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards and cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
  • Food Hygiene L2, Knowledge of food allergens
  • Positive attitude, strong ethic and willingness to learn and adapt
