Job responsibilities:

Support the Low Value Payments lead in managing the Low Value Team oversight function based in Bournemouth
Lead specific BAU tasks, change and escalation resolution support decision making process
Build strong networks with key stakeholder groups
Support strategic deliverables as allocated
Support both Low Value & High Value operations improvement agenda
Support incident management

Required skills, qualifications and capabilities:

Strong ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
Sound understanding of Operational Payments Processes
