Page Personnel are working with a growing and highly successful business based in Staffordshire. They are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team at an exciting time.


Description

  • Accurate input of purchase invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with invoice queries, including requesting copy invoices, credit notes and delivery notes from suppliers.
  • Importing invoices onto the accounting system
  • Monitoring the accounts inbox
  • General administrative duties

Profile

  • Previous purchase ledger experience, working with a high volume of invoices
  • Strong Excel and Outlook Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident in communicating with suppliers and various departments across the business
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work well with other departments.
