Customer Acquisition Specialist

Location:
Alfreton

Hours: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Build rapport and engage with leads to understand their needs.
Present our products/services persuasively to secure meetings for our sales department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Previous sales or telesales experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for achieving targets.
Experience of excel and/or CRM systems an advantage but not essential.
