An exciting role for a Team Leader within the Medicine division has arisen. We are looking for a proactive, forward thinking team leader.This is a perfect opportunity for development into the operational team or a perfect role for someone who wants to make a difference.
In this department you will be fully supported by management with regular training and development to help further career and will be able to work across a number of services within the medicine division allowing you to have a good insight into how each service works and to gain experience going forward.
In this role you will lead, motivate and inspire a dedicated team of admin staff and support the large clinical team within medicine to deliver a service of excellence.
You will work alongside the Operational Co-Ordinator to identify where the support is needed within each team and assist in carrying out secretarial and administrative tasks.
This will include the checking of rotas and utilisation of clinics.There will also be an ask to assist with the weekly PTL meetings and work with each service where there is an identified need for data collection.
There will also be the need to support individual services in times of increased workload; sickness or periods of leave.
