The firm is considering Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, and non-qualified conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years' experience managing their own caseload of residential property files from instruction through to file closing.

Your caseload will include sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
