Exciting Opportunities for Teaching Assistants in Chelmsford

4myschools are on the DofE framework for school and are looking for Teaching Assistants for our Chelmsford Schools.

8.30am

3.30pm Term time only £78£90 per day

(Other hours are available for example 9am-1pm)

Position Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in their educational journey. You will work closely with the teaching staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to contribute to the development of young minds.

All our Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Roles have the potential to be permanent in the school after a trial period.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
Provide oneonone or small group support to students
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Support students with special educational needs
Assist in the preparation of teaching materials
Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and other activities
Collaborate with teachers to assess students' progress
Foster a safe and respectful learning environment

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young adults highly desirable.
A patient and compassionate nature, with the ability to build rapport with students.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the varying needs of students.
